Engineered for demanding African conditions, the VB07 features a robust LLDPE outer shell and thick, CFC-free high-density polyurethane insulation to deliver dependable thermal performance in high ambient temperatures. When used with the supplied WHO-compliant Type 3 ice packs, the cooler box maintains safe storage temperatures for up to 60 hours at ambient temperatures of up to 43°C (without openings). Integrated insulation barriers position the ice packs to prevent direct contact with vaccines, ensuring effective freeze protection and safeguarding vaccine efficacy.

Lightweight and easy to carry, the VB07 is designed for daily use by healthcare workers across all levels of the vaccination cold chain. Its lockable lid, stackable base, and durable construction make it suitable for transport by vehicle or on foot, while local manufacture in South Africa ensures quality, serviceability, and long-term support.
