The MW230GHD is a 230-litre medical warming cabinet designed for hospitals and healthcare facilities with higher-volume warming requirements. Built to warm surgical irrigation solutions, sterile intravenous fluids, and medical linens, it is suited to centralised warming applications in operating theatres, recovery areas, maternity wards, and high-care units where consistent, high-capacity performance is essential.

The cabinet is manufactured from 304 stainless steel inside and out, providing excellent corrosion resistance, hygiene, and ease of cleaning in demanding clinical environments. High-density polyurethane foam insulation supports temperature retention, while fan-assisted air circulation and quality-approved heating elements ensure uniform heat distribution throughout the 230-litre chamber. A transparent glass door with rubber gasket seal allows staff to verify cabinet contents and temperature status at a glance, and an external LED light switch supports interior visibility without disturbing stored products.

A microprocessor-controlled digital temperature controller with Fuzzy Logic and Auto-Tune functionality maintains the chamber to within ±0.1°C of the set point, displaying both target and actual temperatures in real time. Programmable high- and low-temperature alarms, an independent over-temperature safety cut-out, and password-protected controller settings deliver the layered safety systems that high-demand clinical environments require. Four castor wheels allow the unit to be deployed flexibly across departments or used as a fixed central warming station.

An independent safety cut-out disconnects the heating elements automatically in the event of an over-temperature condition, providing a failsafe independent of the primary controller.
