C430CMF Coldsaver Chest Freezer

The C430CMF is a 430-litre chest freezer designed for locations where mains power is unreliable or unavailable. Like the C230CMF, its core advantage is the eutectic tank system, which stores cold energy during powered operation and releases it when power is interrupted — allowing the unit to maintain −25°C on just 3 to 4 hours of generator or mains power per day. With its larger capacity, it is suited to higher-volume off-grid frozen storage requirements at rural hospitals, remote agricultural operations, safari lodges, and trading stores.

The cabinet features Chromadek interior and exterior surfaces and 120mm polyurethane foam insulation for superior cold retention in ambient temperatures up to 45°C. Stainless steel baskets are included for organised internal storage across the large chest volume. The unit runs on 220V AC at a maximum of 700W and 3.3A. A voltage stabiliser is recommended to protect the compressor against supply irregularities.
