MED230CLF Medical Chest Freezer

The MED230CLF is a 230-litre medical chest freezer designed for hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare facilities that require reliable bulk sub-zero storage in demanding environments. It operates from 0°C to −40°C and is rated for ambient temperatures up to 43°C, making it well suited to Southern African conditions.

The cabinet features a white Chromadek steel exterior with a stainless steel lid and fully stainless steel interior, delivering a practical clinical finish with easy-clean hygiene surfaces throughout. Stainless steel baskets are included for organised internal access.

Temperature is managed by a digital controller with LED display, supported by audible and visual alarms that trigger on deviation from the set point. A lockable lid, built-in voltage protection, and a pre-fitted probe hole for independent monitoring devices provide a specification appropriate for facilities operating in harsh electrical and environmental conditions.
