The MW60GHD is a 60-litre medical warming cabinet designed to warm surgical irrigation solutions, sterile intravenous fluids, and medical linens for clinical use. Built for operating theatres, recovery rooms, maternity wards, and treatment areas where ready-to-use warmed products are a routine requirement, it delivers consistent, controlled heating with the safety systems that clinical environments demand.

The cabinet is manufactured from 304 stainless steel inside and out, offering excellent corrosion resistance, hygiene, and ease of cleaning. High-density polyurethane foam insulation supports temperature retention, while fan-assisted air circulation and quality-approved heating elements ensure even heat distribution throughout the chamber. A transparent glass door with rubber gasket seal allows staff to confirm cabinet contents and temperature status without opening the unit, and an external LED light switch provides clear interior visibility when needed.

A microprocessor-controlled digital temperature controller with Fuzzy Logic and Auto-Tune functionality maintains the chamber within ±0.1°C of the set point, displaying both target and actual temperatures in real time. Programmable high- and low-temperature alarms, an independent over-temperature safety cut-out, and password-protected controller settings provide layered protection for both product and patient safety. Four castor wheels make the unit easy to reposition across departments as clinical needs require.

Safety

The MW60GHD features programmable high- and low-temperature alarms that activate when chamber conditions move outside the set range. An independent safety cut-out disconnects the heating elements automatically in the event of an over-temperature condition, providing a failsafe independent of the primary controller. The MW60GHD maintains chamber temperature between 30°C and 42°C — a minimum of 5°C above ambient — using a microprocessor-controlled digital temperature controller with Fuzzy Logic and Auto-Tune functionality. Temperature stability is maintained to within ±0.1°C of the set point. Both the target set temperature (SV) and actual process temperature (PV) are displayed continuously on the digital interface. Fan-assisted air circulation ensures an even temperature profile throughout the chamber, and fast thermal recovery minimises heat loss after door opening.
