Constructed with stainless steel on both the interior and exterior, the unit is built for hygiene, durability, and ease of cleaning in demanding professional settings. CFC-free high-density foam insulation supports efficient thermal performance, while fan-assisted cooling ensures uniform freezing conditions throughout the cabinet. Two adjustable perforated stainless steel shelves and two pull-out shelves provide flexible storage configuration for varying product types and packaging.

A digital controller with LED display maintains precise temperature within the 0°C to -20°C range under ambient conditions up to 35°C. The UV-protective self-closing glass door is lockable and fitted with internal LED lighting, controlled via an external manual switch, allowing staff to confirm contents without opening the unit. Audible and visual alarms monitor temperature deviations, door position, and condenser condition to support proactive management and reduce the risk of undetected faults.

The MED250GMF includes a pre-fitted probe hole for independent temperature monitoring equipment and a built-in voltage protector for reliable operation under variable electrical supply conditions. It is backed by Minus40’s service support, with optional maintenance agreements available.
